STRUMAN is a management system for road related structures and makes provision for the management of bridges; major culverts; lesser culverts; retaining walls; road tunnels; and gantries. It can also cater for other structure types, e.g. Port Structures. STRUMAN complies with TMH19-Manual for the Visual Assessment of Road Structures.
